INTERMEDIATE COURSE
Course level: Intermediate
Location: St-Ives, Bingley. BD16 1AT
Price: £60 per person (max. 6 people)
The aim of the course is to develop the skills already learned on the beginners course or to refresh the skills already gained.


We will also cover the following techniques:

1. Choosing/picking your line through rock gardens.

2. Riding and jumping larger drop offs.

3. Descending and ascending steps, using the step up techniques.



This course is both more technical and demanding than than the beginners course, and covers approx. 15 miles
All participants must provide their own bikes and the necessary safety equipment ie. HELMETS abd gloves.

Please bring back pack with fluids and snacks, light refreshments are provided at lunch
